Hey,
I read your monthly newsletter and decided to get a vehicle camera for my car. I thought I would shop around to see if I could get it cheaper and I ended up back to you. It was far cheaper to buy from you then any other security places around. I am very happy with your service. I was driving with my vehicle camera recording and someone pulled out on me and slightly damaged my car. The price of the recorder was very minimal compared to the repairs I potentially could have paid. I have proof it was their fault and the insurance company is now reviewing the footage. They said I was lucky I had a recorder and that if everyone had one, the road would be a much safer place.

Hey,
I recently bought your DIY CCTV kit for my wife for christmas as she gets anxious being alone when I go away on business trips. I am sure it will make her feel much safer. I got it out of the box and set a camera up to test it out. It was so easy with the made up cables. I could see the camera on the screen within minutes. I would recommend you and your products to anyone.

Thanks so much for rewriting the manual for my GPS tracker. I found it fairly hard to understand and within a day you had rewritten the whole manual into complete laymens terms. Now that's customer service!

Hey,
Just wanted to let you know I recieved my GPS tracker the next day I placed my order. Pretty impressive. I placed it with my 7 year old son and it worked like a charm. It gives me great peace of mind knowing where he is 24/7. His teacher took it off him in class as he was showing it off and funnily enough, I could pin point it to the teacher's desk on Google Maps!

I set my C753R mega pixel camera up yesterday and I just wanted to say WOW! It is crystal clear. I was expecting to pay a large sum of money for this level of quality camera. To be honest I had a feeling it was going to be pretty average because of it's low price, but I took a gamble and gee, I am so happy I did. Excellent Service 5 Stars, would recomend it for anyone.

Hello Jo,
Just a quick note to let you know that I have the system you sent me up and running. It took me a little while to fine tune the settings on the unit but once set up it is performing very well. I'd like to thank you for your assistance along the way with any questions I had and also with the way you prepared all the cabling prior to sending. Once I had installed the cameras and the DVR (which was very easy to do) I was pleased to see that it was up and running with the flick of a switch. The only tricky part seems to be that the instruction manual does not give enough detail on what each parameter does and which conditions to set it with. After a bit of trial and error I seemed to have worked it out though. I may come back to you with a couple of quick questions about some of the settings shortly (eg the Sensor setting of either Open, Closed or inactive is a bit confusing) but other than that it's all fine.
So thanks again for your level of customer service and quality product, I will have no hesitation in recommending you to others in the future.

All my cameras are working fine, the reciever wobbles a bit along the top but I'll give it time to be sure because it might be from an outside inteference. Apart from this everything else is perfect. Did you know, you have the fastest delivery service, I've ever come across. It doesn't seem like you're that far at all so Thank You Jo. I really appreciate the quick response and you going out of your way to clear things up straight away, when other people would have taken their time.
