Hello Jo,

Just a quick note to let you know that I have the system you sent me up and running. It took me a little while to fine tune the settings on the unit but once set up it is performing very well. I'd like to thank you for your assistance along the way with any questions I had and also with the way you prepared all the cabling prior to sending. Once I had installed the cameras and the DVR (which was very easy to do) I was pleased to see that it was up and running with the flick of a switch. The only tricky part seems to be that the instruction manual does not give enough detail on what each parameter does and which conditions to set it with. After a bit of trial and error I seemed to have worked it out though. I may come back to you with a couple of quick questions about some of the settings shortly (eg the Sensor setting of either Open, Closed or inactive is a bit confusing) but other than that it's all fine.

So thanks again for your level of customer service and quality product, I will have no hesitation in recommending you to others in the future.

All my cameras are working fine, the reciever wobbles a bit along the top but I'll give it time to be sure because it might be from an outside inteference. Apart from this everything else is perfect. Did you know, you have the fastest delivery service, I've ever come across. It doesn't seem like you're that far at all so Thank You Jo. I really appreciate the quick response and you going out of your way to clear things up straight away, when other people would have taken their time.

Just writing to say thanks for such speedy and helpful service. I ordered over the phone on Tuesday afternoon and my order was at the door on Wednesday morning. (I'm in Melbourne) Everything I ordered seems to be in tip top shape and for the amount of postage it is actually quicker than driving around melbounre. (Since Ive had no luck getting what I want even after trying 3 security shops) I had bought one years ago! so simple so stress free!
